Laetitia's personal passion has always been the pursuit of excellence in design and taste of exquisite food.

Charles

Charles has worked in party and event catering for the last 30 years. He has worked with London’s biggest caterers, has run his own business, and has worked with Laetitia for the last nine years.

Charles is drawn to the theatrical aspect of cooking and entertaining. He loves the surprise element and tries to make each party as original and exciting as possible.
